New Engine 7k 90-30-30 on rear rotor

Just bought a 1988 turbo 2 last night i knew the engine was bad. But after he said it only had 7k with those two pulses of 30 on the rear rotor is it possible to have two stuck apex seals. They are the same pluse amount and is there any way if they are stuck to free them. The car runs and drives but runs rough. The front has 90psi all faces. Thanks

1 stuck seal would affect 2 faces. 90 is low so expect a year or less left on the engine if it is a stuck seal. Search for the ATF Trick.
