Unless you know someone well that owns a shop, then you're not going to get out of this. You need to go to a shop and ask them to write you a receipt for your speedo being off, and this has to be a shop that does speedometer calibrations.
If you're under 18 you'll have a chance if you take it to court and just face it. If you have a clean driving record they'll probably suspend your for 45 days, require court appointed driver improvement at the FFX courthouse(Which you MUST attend every session with a parent) and possibly offer to drop it off your record once you turn 18 if you've had no incidents sinc ethat one.
If you're over 18, 90 day license suspension, out of court driver improvement and it's on your record.
Face it and own it, the cop knows you were lying. Go in there and say, "I'm sorry, I understand I made a mistake and I'm going to have to pay the consequences for it."
If they do suspend you, ask for a restricted license so you can still drive to school and work. Also if it's your first tickect ask if it can be omitted from your record after a period of clean driving.
Good luck, I know from experience! I got a reckless down on Huntington Ave. one night.
