Does anyone have any pics of the racing beat catback installed on their (or someone elses) car from the side or rear? Have you had any fittment issues with it?

not my car but here's a pic:

My RB catback sits a little too low, but I like how it lines up with the car from the side.

I personally think those RB mufflers have too small of a tip, just my opinion though. I dont really like the N1 "grapefruit launcher" look, but prefer something just a bit bigger to fill in all of the cutout, maybe a 3" tip.

mine doesn't seem to sit too straight. I've tried adjusting from under the car, but the one pipe always exist a little lower than the other... see if I can find a pic...
ok I don't have a pic, but trust me that at least on mine, it sits about 1/2" lower on the Driver side. I'm assuming since it's supported by the turbo on the passenger side, and the extra weights makes it "sag" a little.

Thanks guys...I just put one on my N/A and was wondering whether or not it was made properly.
Mine is also sitting lower on the drivers side just like yours.

How does it fit into your bumper cutouts?

Passenger side is around 1/2" under cutout, matches the contour of the cutout. Driver side is around 1" under and matches the contour.

Any chance you could measure from the inside of 1 tip to the inside of the other and get back to me? Mine sits to the inside of both cutouts.. one side in particular.

Check the bumper cover and make sure it is attached properly at the bottom. My RB exhaust is parellel to the ground but a couple of fasteners are missing on the bumper cover causing one side to be closer to the tip than the other.

Mine sits about the same as the OEM exhaust. Might want to check the rubber donuts holding them on and make sure they have not streached or something.

Not sure if either helps. The passenger side is the side missing the fastners under the bumper cover. Just haven't bothered to go get any to put in there.

The Racing Beat muffler does have a 3" tip.

Easy to fix, get a 1 inch solid tube (or something similar that won't bend easily), and a propane torch. First heat the muffler hanger where it meets the muffler itself, then introduce the solid pipe into the muffler and push\pull to the place where you want the muffler to sit.

Did I lost you?

Oh, well I guess Id have to see it in person to descide if I liked it or not, but like it the pic that DCmina posted, I think it doesnt look that great, but then in the second pic that Thaniel posted they seem to fill the cutouts well and it looks very good. I dunno.
