Need some help...

I recently got a 1987 Rx-7 N/A with 140k on the engine, I am having some problems with it already and I was hoping to get some info on what I could do to fix them.

1. For some reason there is a switch on the bottem of the steering wheel that I have to use like a choke when I start it up. I was told it was an external fuel injector or something like that and I was wondering what I should do about that.

2. In the mornings when I start it up cold it will die or it will idl for a bit but when I start to drive it the engine will die.

3. I think there is a leak in the coolent and i have this "Bar's Leaks, Liquid Aluminum" that im going to try but before I do has anyone els had the same problem and what did they do to fix it?

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

PM icemark and see if he has time to help you. He's in rohnert park also.

I assume the switch is a fuel pump cut off switch and you were told to use it because the engine floods all the time.

Check you intake pipe and the vaccuum lines to see if there are any leaks.

all depends on you. I'd personally go with the 13BT.
