in need of some assistance

ok, so my wiring fried like 2 months ago.
it started with my 40a efi inj fuse popping over and over again so i spent about 6 hours taping everything up that looked like it could be shorting. drove her for about half an hour after that and she started doing it again. being broke and unable to afford a tow, i stuck a penny in the fuse so it wouldn't pop because i was close to home.
well... it fried the ****. [the black/yellow and black/green wires coming from the efi inj fuse. the black/yellow goes to the efi main relay and the black/green looks like it goes to a looped plug]
so this weekend im swapping out the harness, coil packs and the efi main relay.
is there anything else i should be replacing or should i just wait and see if this does the trick?

Ah **** man!! that happen to me im bearly getting to cranking the engine over i just replaced both my wire harness the dash harness the one that connects to the coil packs; and the engine harness. your about to do much work to do my friend, first youl need to look for another wire harness cuz you woudnt want to use the one you got, cuz you dont know what kind of damage was caused by it getting fried. you wana check your engine harness to. check for any fucked up components. i hate the smell of fried wires im still trying to get that smell out but im getting closer to drifting on the streets showing up all those wack 240's.

yea, hopefully it didnt cause too much damage. was it popping the same fuse for you?
i already found a harness and everything.
but yea, i feel ya with the drifting. thats what i've done since i got this car. i actually sold it, got an awd 1g eclipse, traded that for an ae86 and was drifting that for a while but i missed my FC wayy too much and talked the guy who had it into trading me for the corolla. i probably lost a little money cause that hachi was ballin but hell, nothing compares to the 7

oh yea, i wanted to ask, did you make sure your alternator is pushing out at least 12 amps or volts whatever its called lol. my car would barely crank over for a while but once i replaced the alternator it started like a champ. another thing too, is it barely cranking over like a slow cranking or it just wont start? i know my injectors leak and thats a pretty popular issue with these cars, if its cranking over but not starting pull out the 30a efi comp and 40a efi inj fuses, crank it for like 10 seconds, put them back in, and crank it again... it should start right up. i actually have a switch hooked up to the 30a so i can switch it off and crank it. that way i dont have to spend the money on new injectors all the time.
