What I do, and I know people will get onto me for it, is remove the EGI fuse, hold down the throttle and crank it for 15 seconds. Put the EGI fuse back in, hold down throttle fully, crank engine, and let off throttle while cranking. That usually defloods the 7's I've messed with. Little overboard maybe, but it gets the job done.
But thats just for deflooding. Get a stethoscope from your local auto parts store, ask you friend to turn the engine over, and listen to the injectors. You should be able to hear them clicking(even without the scope) but yea. I'll talk to some local people to see if they might know what is wrong.

i'll try the stethoscope thing to see if i hear anything ...
I was talking to a friend that is kind of mechanic ... and he suggested to replace the fuel filter and if that doesn't fix that .. that it might be worn / bad injectors
could the injector be bad ? ... well i'm going to change the fuel filter tomorrow just in case ....
and thank you so much for the help as well as every one else

As long as you are throwing the cas error code you are never gonna start it. either the cas or the wiring between it and the ecu are damaged. That is next on your list of things to do. Hopefully you already have the factory service manual, if not download it for free here on the web. If i remember right its in the FAQ. The cas signals the ecu to fire both the coils and injectors.

ok i got a new update ... first of all i charged the battery since it died yesterday ...
also i changed the fuel filter today prier to attempting to start the car ....
and when i went to start the car ... well it almost did ... when i turn the key and sounds like its getting some fuel but not enough ...
but when i pump the gas pedal all the way it gets enough fuel that it sometimes starts up but when it does it just dies again when i tried to stabilize the rpm's or just let go of the pedal...
i tried this a couple of times with the same result .. but after 10 min's the battery was dying so i had to stop .. but before taking the battery out i checked for any codes .. and well i didn't get any codes back ... so i might not need the CAS after all ??
oh and i'm going to need to add gas since i think someone took my gas overnight cause it' was less than a quarter when i was attempting to start it ...
should i keep doing this since i changed the fuel filter and the fuel might not have reached the injectors with enough pressure to actually go into the chambers ?
and i haven't checked the injectors because at the time i didn't know which ones were the primary and the secondary until i got home .. so i'll check them tomorrow.

If it is N/A the secondary's are under the top intake manifold if knowledge serves me right. I've only dealt with 6 RX's in my life. Mine a 88 N/A vert my brothers 85 lg my cousin's 85 GLS SE and his to RX2s and all of those have been before 1997. So sorry if i cant help anymore than I've tried.
For me when my vert flooded I had shut it off before the worm up process finished, and I had to unplug the fuel pump connection cause the EGI fuse didn't work for me. I cleaned my injectors with carb cleaner twice and where the spark plugs go. I had to keep my jumper box to keep my battery from dieing on me. When I got it to fire up finally (with my G/F starting it) I had to plug the fuel pump connector back up. Than I let it run for like 20 minutes till it idled down and drove it for like 5 miles to make sure everything was good with it.

It's ALIVE !!!!!
well like the tittle says .. i was able to start the car after a few pumps to the pedal ... and this time it stayed running
since it was sitting for the longest time ...
there was smoke coming out of the exhaust but then it soon went away ...
but then it started to smoke again ..
but this time it was coming underneath the car ..
when i when to check it out ..
i saw white smoke coming out of either the car or the pre-cat .. i didn't look right .... but i think i might of just found my 30 mph problem ....
but it didn't last long since i had to stop the engine since i do have a radiator leak and i didn't want it to overheat and kill my engine ....
so the good news is that i have a running FC !!!
thank you all for the help ...
i just need a rim ( since the one it has is deep dish and it touches the caliper ) , a radiator , and well the 30 mph
besides that ... the car is in good shape
