Don't know what happen but for some reason when the key is in the ignition there's no power? I checked all the fuse and everything is fine. So what could cut power to the igntion switch?

There is a single black wire going from the engine bay fuse box to the ignition key. This wire has a single wire connector located about six inches down from the engine bay fuse box, and if pulled apart will cause your problem. THAT wire feeds the ignition switch and if the switch is to On or better in turn it will feed the IG1 and IG2 buses on the interior fuse box.
BUT if the MAIN FUSE in the engine bay is blown, that will do the same thing. The MAIN FUSE is held in with two bolts on either side of the engine bay fuse box. It does not pull out unless those bolts are undone. Make sure the batt is disconnected when removing and replacing that MAIN FUSE or sparks might fly. Main fuse is the one that is either 80 or 100 amps and is in the middle of the ENGINE BAY fuse box.
I'd check the MAIN FUSE first thing.

James,
I'd follow what HAILERS recommended first. Depending on what you mean by "no power" there are a couple other issues you may have as well. If you take the steering column trim off, check to see if there really is power to the switch or not. I had a similar issue before, and my problem was with wire termination at the back of the in cabin fuse box. Give me a call if you get stuck.
