ive add springs to pull back on the throttle and ive bent the throttle cable braket to put less tenss on the cable and other random stuff that i can think of

Don't bend the throttle cable bracket. The cable has 2 nuts on it that allow you to adjust it forward and backwards; lose or tight. Take the cable off. Does the car idle normal or is it still high? With the cable removed from the butterfly shaft if the idle drops, then you're too tight. if nothing happens then it's not the cable. Perhaps the idle screw is all the way in. There are many things to adjust.
And for the love of god check for vacuum leaks.
