Need help with hacked up ignition wiring (pics)

Ah. Persistance pays off. I just took another look.
I found the round plug with a single B/W wire in it. IT is located below the brake master cylinder area. It is round and pure black on both halves and has the single B/W coming and going out of it.
This round black plug would not exist on a 88 or later car. So if one swapped in a 88 F harness to a 87 he'd run across a problem or two in that small area. Well come to think of that long ago thread I mentioned, there were several other plugs that would not match in that area of the car. Plugs that mated the front harness with the Engine harness in that area of the car. Best of luck to you.

The jpg attached come out of a 87 FSM wiring diagrams. If you look you'll see it differs from the 88 wiring diagrams that are on this site.
Anyway you can see the X-08 called out in the first jpg and in the second jpg it shows it as a ROUND single wire plug that has B/W wires coming and going. It does exist on my stk 87 TurboII car. I just looked a while ago. Located about a half foot or less below the brake master cylinder. In that area of the engine bay.

OK! MAKING PROGRESS!
I found the B/W wire, the connector came off and it was cut down by the starter.
SO...I can re-run that wire to the starter. What do i need to do with the wires in the car? The B/G and B/R wires?
here's where it's cut off down by the starter:

Once upon a time the B/G and B/R were in a connector (a three socket connector with just those two wires according to the wiring diagrams). And that connector was connected to a plug that was on the pigtail harness of the Clutch Interlock Switch.
So I'm saying those two wires on the original stk car were connected to the two wires of the clutch interlock switch. Matters not which of the two wires in the pigtail the B/G or B/R get attached to.
In my case I bypassed the clutch interlock switch. I umplugged the connector and jumpered the B/G to the B/R wire so that when I turned the key to Start, I did not have to get in the car and push the clutch in. Just turn the key and the starter whips over.
Looks like you have all the parts for a stk configureation. I'm not sure if you have the plug on the interlock switch or not. Should still be there. But then it would seem he cut the plug off the B/R and B/G wires. That plug would have connected to the interlock sw. YOu could just splicve the B/R to the B/G and that would work. Bypasses the interlock switch but heck you doing that right now.
Make sense?
