man.. where to start?
The harness is properly attached to everything? like you didn't mix up the primary and secondary injector harness connectors? etc.
Engine should run just as good as it did when it was in the other car. So basically just overlook exactly what you changed, like the harness maybe, or even the ecu if its even possible to accidentily plug a NA ecu into a TII harness...

I just did the same exact thing, except I messed with my AFM. I am waiting on a AFM to see if that was it. I will let you know if this cures it.
Question: can get the car to run at high RPM's if you slowly push the throttle?

I have a nearly stock 87 turbo II with the original turbo set up. I have recently swapped the turbo, and had the same problems as mentioned before. THat is it will accelerate as long as I don't give it too much gas and get some boost.

Gosh yes. You don't use the solenoid resistor with the high impedence injectors. All you need to do is go to the solenoid resistor package and disconnect it. Now cut the solenoid resistors wire b/t the resistor package and the plug. Put the resistors on the shelf. Then take all five wires and by hook or crook splice them all together. All five wires crimped or soldered together.
That may not solve your current problem, but that's the way things should be if you have high resistance injectors and have a solenoid resistor in the wiring.
