Need help, car running like crap

Hey everyone. I'm new to this site. Nice to meet all of you. Anyway. I've been having car trouble for about 4 months or so and I can't seem to narrow the problem down. I have a 1991 FC3S Turbo which has about 40,000 km on the motor. Well, my problem is that after I drive the car for at least 15 minutes and get it warm, then stop the motor for about 5 minutes, then start it up again, the motor runs pretty bad and I get a lot of black smoke. No backfires from the rich mixture though. Just a lot of fumes. I'm supposing it's more of a misfire than just being rich because the fumes hurt my eyes pretty bad and it smells like raw gas and not rotten eggs. Anyway. I checked out everything. ECU, TPS (changed it), AFM, crank angle sensor, you name it. Checked the voltages at the ECU to see if there's bad connections from the sensors, they're ok. Well, this is exactly what happens. The motor is very stumbly at idle and vacuum is at about 300mg (i guess normal is about 500), and boost will go up to around 0.3kg even at idle (so I changed actuactor but no help). I drive the car and seem like the more I play with the throttle, the more jerky it gets and won't go past around 3000 rpm. First I thought it was the TPS so I changed that also... no help.. Pretty much all the obvious things are ok, and the motor itself is fine. Even after the motor started running like crap I dynoed it on a good running day and it put out 265 ps with .7 kg boost so the motor is definetely fine. Somewhere electrical for sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Cheers

You tried scanning for error codes?&nbsp The Kouki FC's have a myriad of self-checks that trigger error codes whenever something is out of wack...

Thanks for the reply RETed. Nope, haven't checked codes yet. Is it possible without a scan tool? I have a FC Zenki manual at work and says I need a service checker 83 or something like that. Have you or anybody else had experiences with a bad Main Relay? I was looking at the wiring diagram and it shows that there are two circuits that get power through the relay. THe symptoms seem like it would be a bad TPS, but since I changed it, I'm thinking the Main relay might be bad because the ignition coil and injectors are on a different circuit than the TPS, and all those solenoids that I don't have single clue what they do, so if the TPS side of the RElay went bad, the car would still run because it still has power to the ignition and injectors. Anybody? THanks in advance.

Cheers
