Flooded? Rebuilds tend to have low compression before they're done breaking in, so it may just be flooding itself out. Try de-flooding, then dripping a little motor oil in the spark plug holes before cranking. The oil will help build up compression.

is this a brand new never been run rebuild? if so you might have to tow start it with another car.. new engines usually don't initially make enough compression to start with just the starter, you need to get it spinning fast. after you get it running the compression will build as the seals start to break in.

i dont think he says its rebuilt. it might be a used rebuild.

check your spark plugs are correct and the wires are correctly placed, and check that your injectors are wired up correctly.

where in ga do you live?

ok so i have been asking around about my little problem, and i have come to conclusion that the compression wont let it fully start. so i will be towing the car up my hill and going down a couple of times to see if it will start. and yes its a newly rebuilt motor no miles at all.
