need help !!!

The air conditioner and windshield wipers shut down while I'm driving. It comes and goes. It was working for fine forthe last three days and then did it again. Please somebody tell me at least where to start looking for the problem. Thanks

well the AC compressor turns off when the factory pre-set temp is reached in the controller... then back on.

This is different from the logicon.

Is that what you mean?

Not sure about the A/C, but the windshield wipers goin on the fritz is a pretty common problem I believe. Mine only work on the middle setting now. I belive the problem is within the switch itself, and that you just need to take it apart and fix the connections. Ive also heard its a big PITA to do, which is why mine are still broke...same as my dummy lights and clock

Do a search on LOGICON.
That is your A/C control panel in your dash.
They have a history of solder problems.
All the how to stuff is in the forum.
