need help!!!

need help!!!
my car had it's radio stolen from previous owner.
now i'm installing an aftermarket cd/radio (sony w/remote). the problem i'm having is that the car has 2 antenna jacks, i know one of them gets installed to the radio, but the other which is the female jack don't know what to do
also which is the power antenna wire, i found one , but the antenna only goes up when i connect it to ground. is the power antenna wire is link to the dash? i had a blown fuse due to the radio being stolen. i really want this to work so if any of you guys can help it would be appreciative...

the other antena is the one in the windsheild. don't worry about it.
the stock antena is backwards as you just found. it goes up when you ground it. so you need to wire in a relay between the deck and stock wire so the deck can ground it.
