1.3L is not that small
youll have to be more specific in your question... for example a n/a running how much boost? what turbo? so who knows.... but not to start a war or anything but a stock s5 turbo on a stock n/a block boosting around 10-12 will put a new ******* in a STOCK turbo II .... your talking about 2 seconds faster in the quarter mile....
search theres plenty of information on this along with people saying how fast they are

FYI a properly modified NA RX-7 will beat a stock TII, even without a turbo.
If it's one of those cheap Ebay kits, it will self-destruct, and then the NA RX-7 will be MUCH slower than a stock TII, lol. Also, keep in mind that turbo kits do not include fuel upgrades, downpipe, fuel computer, BOV, intercooler, and other items that you would want to install along with the turbo.
Too much speculation. See dyno charts here:

It depends on the modifications done to each car. If you put basically the 'exact' same mods on, the 6port would be quicker. (Again, depends on how it's installed)

Supposedly the 6 port higher comp. motor is worth more power if turbo'd but yeah like sonic rat said, you probably will blow it winthin a week, unless your running like 6 psi...but who wants to run that little?

I ran my car at 8-12 PSI for 10K miles, before I decided to tear it apart and make some real power. Others have put much more mileage on their turbo NAs. When I tore my engine down, there was NO turbo related damage. In fact, the internals, save for worn apex seal recesses (this was an engine with 260K on it, after all) were mint.
Obviously, you have absolutely no experience with what you are posting.

Power depends on a lot of things. 8-12 is a large range. At the higher end, it was enough.
There are NO aftermarket turbo kits designed for the 13B NA. You have to make your own.

Check out SonicRat's thread called "Interest in 6port N/A turbo kits." He's creating a turbo kit for the NA cars and will be selling it shortly. I would wait for that instead of making a custom turbo installation on your own.

i have a TII block with NA compression rotors, i run 12 psi on a T4 right now, with stock IC and 89 octane gas. i will be switching to a fmic soon and running 15 psi.
i have 15k miles on this engine so far, hasnt blown yet. i think people underestimate the durability of the 13B.
