i need to know if a turbo 2 driveline bolts to the rear end of a s5 n/a...it has a 5 lug.

Yes, but you will need to use a S5 TII flywheel, TII clutch slave cylinder, and TII starter if you want the car to work.

you need a mazdatrix TII tranny to N/A diff driveshaft or some other form of custom driveshaft to fit the TII tranny to NA diff.

ok so i tried it last nigh and the driveshaft does not bolt up to the rear end

The term "driveline" indicates that you have the TII transmission, TII driveshaft, TII differential, and TII halfshafts.

If you intended to ask whether a TII driveshaft will bolt to a NA differential, then the answer is NO, it will not. You either need the entire TII driveline or a Mazdatrix TII>NA conversion driveshaft as indicated by the above posts.
