Average use. I live in a town so small even the ricers can find someone to race with.
Number of shots depends on shot size. A bottle will last 3mins @ 50 hp, and 1.5 mins at 100hp, etc.
No, you will not hit Nitrous everytime you floor it. Only when you have the master switch armed AND you floor it.
Injector size has no effect on a wet kit, only Nitrous jetting and fuel jetting sizes.
Chaneg the bottle when it is empty.... I ordered a spare.
Typical filling of the bottle would be $30.

It's better to get a TII motor and swap it with the n/a motor. You'll need the wiring harness, the computer, the transmission for the TII.
Or, you could buy a supercharger kit and a better fuel pump.

Turbo lag is a bitch. It's a waste of money to buy a the turbo kit when the supercharger nearly doubles the horsepower. It would be cheaper in the long run just to go with the supercharger.

So, scathcart, it appears you should mind your own ******* business.

Actually, you can put a Turbo on an NA motor, there's a guy on here who's done it, and a pair of guys used to make a kit for it, FYI.
Turbo's don't warm up, they have lag.
Turbo's can make full boost by 3000 rpm. A supercharger making the same maximum boost would be at half of the boost pressure at 300 rpm. This is, of course, referring to centrifugal and not positive displacement superchargers.
There is no kit currently available that will double the horsepower. VERY few superchargers calim a 100% increase in power. Most claim 30-50%.
Cheaper in the long run? Last time I checked, a turbo unit was the same price as a supercharger....
as power increases, all the same mods are necessary for both units. Explain to me how this is cheaper.
Superchargers are less efficient than turbo's. They are a parasitic drag on the engine (whereas a turbo uses wasted exhaust energy).
It is not merely as simple as strapping a superchager onto an NA with a fuel pump. FMU or other fuel management must be run. Due to much higher compression ratio's, NA's cannot run as much boost without detonation. A TII engine, stock, can easily handle 8 or 9 psi. An NA engine is pushing it with those levels....

ALL of the extremely fast RX-7's are running built engines with lower compression rotors and Turbo units. And according to you, they must be idiots, b/c supercharging is sooo much better and so much cheaper, and you can double horsepower levels. doesn't Ari Yallon run a 13b with a supercharger?
ALL hail Madmaxine, for he has enlightened us all with the secret to wonderous levels of horsepower! All yee turbo boys, ditch the turbo's, for s/cing is sooo much better!
I stand by my comment that you know jack **** about what you are talking about.

I think what MadMaxine is trying to say, is that the TII motor already has lower compression, so it would adapt to a forced performance environment better than a N/A. I just wish an aftermarket supplier would create the end all be all of performance add ons, then we wouldn't get in to these he said she said fights all the time!

Now go to your rooms! LOL!

What I saw his post as saying was that NA's can take forced induction from a supercharger, and not a Turbo unit, which is false. Boost is Boost.
His next post proceeded to say that supercharging is better than turbocharging, which is false.
If you want the be all and end all of performance, many suppliers make huge CI engines that run on alcohol and will easily make 1000 hp.
That enough for you?

Ignorance (lack of knowledge about a subject) and idiocy are not one and the same.
He is, however, acting fairly immature, I think. If someone is posting advice that is inaccurate, I will call them on it. He is simply insulting me.
I think it is not a flame to call it immature actions, and am being careful not to flame him as a person, but to give "yo' momma" jokes is immature IMO.
Sorry, dude, if you think I am an ******* and wanna tell me to **** off, but you gave WRONG info, and I called you on it.

I just wanted to diffuse this situation. This poor kid wanted advice about NOS, and instead got 2 pages of "I gotta bigger Dick". Sorry, but Damn!

And I respect that, just wanted to make sure everyone got accurate info.
I think I have been more than helpful with his questions on this page. If there are any more, I will answer them, for sure.

If whoever has the biggest dick wins, then scathcart comes in pretty much dead last
Right sexy?
And Turbos and Superchargers have their optimal environments, but I would rather have a turbo any day of the year. They're better to me in so many ways.
