My wheel dilemma

I have a rather foolish question for tonights flaming.

I have been rather intruiged by the aspect of cheap and functional wheels for a while now since owning my lil 7. I have to undergo the pains of runnign gxl rims after my hub swap but will be considering these
http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...rt=CRR-3425712
As a medium to apply some long term road rubber onto until I am able to afford a more appealing rim and much stickier rubber. Was wondering if anyone had ever applied a whell o fthis kind to there FC and also would liek to know what kind of backspacing I would need.

Thanks in advance and I hope I havent posted in the wrong forum, I did search in teh tire thread for this particular application but to no avail.

Perhaps, but the ones I have a fucked up, the lips are bent or damaged. I figured at $38 a wheel it would be a cheap thing to get and i wouldnt have to worry about it being stolen off the car.
