sweet ride dude. If your looking for a budget lip, you can make a s13 lip fit pretty good on an fc. i got one on mine and its pretty chill. also i dont have to worry too much on crackin it or chipping it on speed bumps or curbs....just a thought...... other than that. i like what im seeing looks like many more good things to come. are those turbos off a nissan or just garret turbos u purchased?

Nice 7. I want mine to be the same way within the next 2 or 3 months.
Only difference is that I have 99' 17" GT rims. I'd recommend switching to them. Their pretty light and fit REALLY well. Look sexy as hell too.

Car is coming along well, but what is up with the red spots on the hood? Maybe you should check the girls next time before you let them sit on the hood!!

Hell Yea, its a lawn mower piston.
ohh and with the hood, I havent had time to paint it since I bought it. Was red then sprayed black. I want to take my time with it, in effort to not crack the scoop.

On the local strip Friday, 8-16-08. with Rob(the rotary guy who redrilled my driveshaft for the NA rear end, we both have them.)Also found out that im 12degrees retarded, and im retarded for not noticing. He did an S4 Turbo swap, mines faster but his is alot nicer with Tikico blues, turbo seats, tuned really nice, and the mustang wheels everyone wants me to get.
BTW he does a nice donut on $200 tires!
Ohh and yea I did fix my timing issues today, just so everyone knows.

Thanks for the props on the nit-picky stuff! I am an old guy and little **** pisses me off!
It is easier to take your car and make everything work smoother than to take a slow car and make it faster!
P.S. Did you ever get the TPS and surging idle fixed?

I tryed calling you yesterday, I have the TPS in check and timing is dead on, idle problems are fixed, and those rediculous exhaust pulses are fixed as well? But it still jumps when I ease into the throttle. So im looking around for a new TPS.
Also biggest thing, since fixing all those issues the car is slower... and I meen really noticably slower. Any ideas?

im wondering on how you connected all the main vacuum hoses do you got any pics or advice cause im having problem on the way it starts cause im thinking somthing not connected right

Are these the vac lines your talking about? the only other ones I have are the brake master, and Boost gauge?

cuz at first i was gonna make my own like hypertec, but then i found rmagic which discountinued them so now im looking for some... just wondering if you know or not where to get them

Well, do you know what your A/F's are now? Can you compare them to before? What about boost? Are you hitting the same boost at the same RPM as before?
Did you set your timing on the mark with the lower # 1 plug? Now that I am thinking about it, I hope that I wasn't trying to set it off the trailing # 1 plug!
Trailing is top <-- that was to remind myself!
How do you know the car is slower? Just feels slower? Or, does it feel smoother?

Well, im not cool and have a wideband so I dont have air/fuel ratio's...Rob. Im hitting the same boost, 5 or 6lbs, but it feels that in 1st gear it will pull as it used to untill 5000, then doesnt pull anymore? and 2nd and 3rd feel like your car lol.
And its awesome that your available thursday cause thats the only day this week that im off, Just give me a call. oh and btw your not ******* up my car, I have a smoother throttle under 2000rpm, its just jumpy becasue of the shitty TPS.

I think if I cant find a used kit im going to have another go at a homemade lip. This time ill use 6" alluminum flashing, galvanized 1"x6' punched strip, and some fiberglass and paint?
