My latest dyno run
stupid Server!!!
The new Pineapple is NOT making the power it should. Engine has 3000 miles on it and the sleeves are wired open.
Notice the drop > 5200, I suspect the fuel system. I plan on:
1. Verifying Fuel pump voltage
2. Checking Flow out of the pump and out of the filter
3. Change to a TII Pump.
4. Checking Compression
Timing has been verified Multiple times, with multiple lights.
I am not Happy!
Any other ideas??

Wow bummer dude . Both dyno runs did you have a wide band O2 test done at the same time? If so post up those readings maybe it will shed some light on the subject.

I know the Exhaust is hosed.
RB Road Race header.
8" Collector to 3" Spintech
3" to 3" Flowmaster in the rear.
It was made of parts that were on the shelf and available locally. , it is an improvement over the rusted out Midas Cans that were hanging there.
Current plans are:
RB Road Race header
2" Collectors 8" long to 2 1/4" outlet.
then to a Borla XR-1 Muffler

Confusion floods brain....
If anything I woulld expect this exhaust to flow. Its all 3" mandral bends. General Consesus is 2 1/4" is ideal for NA. This exhaust with just the SPintech sounds like ***!.

same thing was happening to me, i made 128ft/lbs of torque and it peaked at 4500-5000 RPM, i zip tied the VDI on the intake manifold and that made the difference, i had an ok 1/8th mi time but my 1/4th mi sucked because of the high end.

Went out last night:
110-115 PSI Compression on both rotors
Pulled the intake, 6 port sleeves were in the correct position.
Reassembled and left the sleeves out.
Wire check:
Measured resistance on Plug Wires that were in the car for the dyno:
16.7,18.7,11.5,12.7
Installed wires that measured:
7.9, 8.5, 5.3, 5.7
Added another ecu ground from the harness to the firewall
I am ?BAFFLED.

Come on people, look at the sides of the graph and notice that torque and hp increments are not the same...DOH.  Yes, if the graph increments were the same for torque and hp, the lines would always cross over at 5252 - some dynos allow you to (auto) change the increments.  I know the DynoJets do this sometimes...

Yeah, air fuel mixture is big on na's. That and your exhaust is more suited for a Turbo in my opinion (3" and looooooow back pressure).
Another thing: What intake setup do you have? Ie. cone filter sitting in hot engine bay air, stock snorkel box, or shielded cone filter? Warm intake air is a power killer.
