My headlights dont work now?

So I was driving to my friends house the other night. I pulled up and got out. then a few hours later I went to start my car and leave and I flipped on the headlights and, no lights. the retractors work, but no headlights. I can hear the relays clicking. So i dont know whats going on. Is it possible if one headlight goes out then will the other one go out too. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

*Oh yah, I am not a dumass, I did check the fuses. that was the first thing I checked

Did you check the relay up frond directly behind the air damn. There are 3?? relays there. One of them is for the headlights. If it has failed then your lights will not come on but everything else will work.

Open up the headlight relay and close the circuit. If the lights come on then that relay is most likely bad.

Icemark / Ingroundeffect - Fc3sxtasy87 is the type of person that will take money from you and not ship you anything. He will email and PM for months promising to ship but never even wrap the items or give a refund.

By helping him you are supporting his behavior and making our community that much worse of a place to be.

Stuff like that needs to be posted in the Good Guy Bad Guy section and has no place in the 2nd gen techincal section.

Take it outside now!

Any further flaming by you in the 2nd gen section will not be tolerated.

Like Icemark said, check the high-beams. I have actually had BOTH low-beams burn out AT THE SAME TIME on my car a while back.

Like my dad always told me: "Start cheap, that way when you find out it was the $2 part the whole time you aren't pissed off that you spent a grand chasing it"
