Arrow my compression and my sparkplugs

attached is a picture of my sparkplugs.

question: do they look lean or rich, im not sure. and im guessing the build up is from burning oil.

also i did a compression test on the motor, just after driving, so it was good and warm. i did it with a normal compression gauge, so it just the max on the rotor.

front rotor = 90 psi
rear rotor = 90 psi
good, bad?

the motor has 160xxx miles on it and one of my rotor inner oil rings is worn a bit too much.

they don't look too bad but the rear rotor does look like it is just starting to burn a little oil.
