Any hydraulic problems will make it not want to disengage.
Slipping is likely a worn out friction disc.
Other possibilities: burned pressure plate or flywheel, bad pressure plate springs, flywheel refaced too much.

If you just replaced your clutch recently and didn't machine your flywheel that's probably it. If you haven't replaced it in a long time replace the friction disc and get the fly wheel machined. Might want to replace the pressure plate too just to be sure. It's not that much more expensive.

the clutch goes in and out fine. but if i have an pressure on the petal it disingauges the clutch a little. im using the clutch that came with my car, i think it might be the flywheel or something, because the clutch that came with the j-spec engine was pretty bad it was all torn up
thats the clutch that was on the j-spec engine

the clutch still grips and stuff. but if i rest my foot in the pedal it whont rip for crap. i can be in 3rd and floor it with my foot resting on the pedal and it will just burn up the clutch i will move still but not go very far. the only way it grips is if my foot is totally off the pedal

ummm....... have you tried keeping your foot off the pedal?? ![Stick Out Tongue](https://www.rx7club.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
Seriously, if it grips when you don't have your foot on the pedal at all then I'd say it just needs adjusted unless this is a new thing.
And I'm serious about getting your foot off the pedal, that's just a bad place to keep it.
EDIT: Did you say that is a picture of the plate you ARE using, or WERE using. If it's WERE, then I'm sure it's the flywheel needs machined, make sure there's enough material left on it and that you get a new pressure plate too. It it's ARE, do it all anyway
