I tried searching for this but when the words "wont", "idle", and "cold" are put together, all you get back is a mess...
So the problem is that my car wont idle when the engine is cold. Itll start and stay up for a few seconds ( ~5? ) and then die. I blew it off before and just decided to hold my foot on the gas until it gets warm ( The engine idles fine when warm BTW... ) but now its becoming a bit of an annoyance...

check to see if your sub zero unit has been blocked off if you removed it. Possible vacume leak
check idle thing (forgot what its called on the turbo and my haynes manual is still packed from the move) try adjusting that. Also it could be your injectors are getting dirty. Just some suggestions, don't know if you've already tried those or not, but they are worth a shot. Good luck

TII 4 SALE!
Is all of the cold start assist stuff removed? Check your turbo manifold for cracks and stuff. My car won't hold an idle either when it is cold, and really sounds like **** when it is cold. It could be a crack in your manifold, check for other vacuum leaks aswell. Spray carb cleaner around, and if the idle changes when you spray a certain spot, then you have found your leak.
