off boost at idle, 13.5:1
in vacuum during cruise, from 14:1 to 15:1

in boost, from 0 to 6 psi, 11.4:1 and 6 to 10 psi about 11.2:1 and then anything higher 11:1 and lower till about 10.8:1 being the lowest you'd wanna go. but thats at like.. 14 psi and up. but trust me, at 6 psi, you'll be hauling ***.

I just realized that you have 9.4:1 rotors. You may want to retard the timing even more from that map I posted.
