My t2 has alot of back pressure, even when it is fully warmed up, not a good air and fuel mixture? i get about 12.6 on idle a/f ratio. Is it normal to have backpressure? Its not smooth.

How do you know you have a lot of backpressure? Did you measure it?

I just felt the back of the muffler with my hand, it doesn't come out smoothly like the piston engine so i was wondering if its normal for a turbo rotary to have a lil back pressure

That's not backpressure.

I think you're getting concerned over nothing. As long as it idles smoothly I really wouldn't worry about it.
