My 86 RX-7 Ain't she sweet
Here's an exterior pic of my pacifer till my new 350Z arrives in Sept- Nov. She is all original nothing has been altered except for some new tires and brake pads. She has 56K original miles and drives like a new car. After looking at the performance of altered and turbocharged models I've decided just to leave her the way she is. Gonna only drive her on nice days and store her for the winter months just as her original owner did.

Thanks for all the info you guys have inputed in what to look for and archive of threads on how to take care of it.
I was considering a Turbo originally but was not really impressed with the 0-60 times and the new z will get me there in 5.4.
I must confess though I really like the older Gen 1's and plan on snagging be a nice 85 with a 13B and all the goodies if you got one for sale in the near future let me know.

Yea, the stock 0-60 and 1/4 mile times for the turbo2 rx-7s arent all that impressive. The problem is pretty much the overly restrictive exhaust from the factory. Once you get a high-flowing exhaust system on a turbo rx-7, youll see the performance skyrocket. Those new 350Z's look pretty sweet though also. Have fun with it!
