This is the most recent pic I have (about a month ago), you might notice the splitter has been modified yet again with a better air dam. I also re-worked a stock S5 bumper. Lots of new items as I stripped the car and started over, many of the modifications will stay a secret for competitive reasons.

Let me see if I can put together a how to guide for a splitter/air dam in the next few days. As far as the cut out template, I suppose I could trace mine on some builders paper I have and mail but it's really easy to also make your own template -instructions will be in the how to guide.
