More trouble

Well since my compression test showing **** poor numbers I was driving this evening when I stepped on the clutch peddle it stayed down. I was able to get it back up but its hard as hell to get it depressed enough to get in gear. I'm guessing pilot bearing or throwout bearing either way looks like my season is done and I've got to come up with $$$$$$ for a Kevin Landers rebuild shortblock to freshen up the motor as well as a new clutch setup.

Clutch master or slave cylinder will fix the pedal. One or both are leaking.

Check your master/slave cylinder and lines. I thought my slave was toast (clutch had varying friction points, would drop to the floor, etc.), but it turns out i had a monster leak in the hydraulic lines.

[QUOTE=Eple]

Not the problem.

Pulled trans and found throwout bearing jammed/stuck. Pilot bearing is intact with no obvious damage.

I hate this ACT 6 puck unsprung clutch on the street. It was one of only two mods the P.O. had done to the car, why he choose this clutch is beyond me.
I'll replace it with the same ACT 6 puck BUT with a sprung disc.

Anyone want a ACT 6 puck unsprung disc and pressure plate?
