Hey, after installin my fuel pump, my car takes a LOT longer to crank up. no matter if its hot or cold, it seems to have trouble. Car runs perfectly fine while pushed hard (so i must be gettin the fuel at redline enough so i dont stall out because the fuel flow isnt sufficient)
What problem do you think im having. This is only after installing my new fuel pump (walbro 255lph). I installed it right (put the spacer on, then the O-ring, then the cap) pressed it in as tightly as possible, put the stock filter on (had to improvise since i broke the positioning on it...)
You dont think it could be my injectors leaking because of the increased pressure the pump is putting out do you?
Thanks for any help.
Jeff

That is my guess. The higher pressure and old injectors are probally not getting along. Check out RC Engineering. They rebuild and blueprint injectors for $25 a piece, and their turnaround is very quick from all I have read. I plan on doing this when I get my fuel system upgraded.
