more advice, please

I tore down my FC NA motor this past weekend, apex seal city. Looking for replacements, thinking of carbon, anyone want to weigh-in? I just need a quick fix solution that will last 6 months to a year till I can gat another engine and rebuild it the way I'd like.

Also, in need of 1st cylinder rotor and housing, got less than a shoestring budget, any suggestions?

if you want something cheap to just last a year why don't you try to buy a used motor just check the compression before buying it'll cost a lot less than everything you need for a rebuild.
