Modification Order Help
Hi All. I have a 87 NA that I put an 88 TII in this past summer. I've been working out the bugs and have it to a point where it is finally reliable. The only modifications I've done has been removing the emissions components.
I've thought about what I'd like to do alot. I've finally decided I don't want to go overboard since this is going to be my daily driver and gas is getting very expensive. I would like to make it a little faster and more reliable though. I'm thinking of apporaching it in the following steps. I've done a lot of reading and think I have it worked out in terms of what order I have to perform the mods in.
Please let me know what you think from a technical point of view (Basically, is this the right order to do these mods?). Also, below are some questions by some of the mods... If you have any advice please let me know. Thanks in advance!
Step 1
Dampers and Springs (Probably Koni Yellow Dampers and Racing Beat Springs)
Electric Fan (off a Taurus)
Koyo Radiator (already have)
Thermo-Pellet Shim (as shown on FC3SPRO.com)
Step 2
Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Meter (I'm open for suggestions on what make/model?)
Port Turbo (as shown on FC3SPRO.com)
Port Wastegate (as shown on FC3SPRO.com)
3" Turbo Back Exhaust (I will make this)
Front Mount Intercooler (already have 20"x12"x3")
Step 3
Air Fuel Controller (I'm open for suggestions on what make/model)
Fuel Cut Defender (I'm open for suggestions on what make/model)
Secondary Injectors (With this setup what size would you recommend starting with?)
Boost Controller
Step 4
Street Port Engine (I have an extra engine sitting on the stand. I'll probably work on this and drop it in during step 3 if possible) (With this setup what size secondary injectors would you recommend starting with?)

Former Moderator. RIP Icemark.
No reason for the taurus fan, and installing it will require you to upgrade the alt. Watse of time and money if the stock fan clutch is in working condition.
The FCD needs to be done at the same time as the exhaust and turbo work.
Wide band should probably be done at the same time as the fuel controller.
Front mount probably should be the 3rd or 4th step.

The fan clutch is in good condition... I just wanted to open up a little more space under the hood.
Do you have any suggestions in regards to manufactures for some of the hardware?
My goal spend about $5000 or less. So far I'm up to $2400 for the car, TII engine, TII Tranny, TII drive line, TII reman brakes, slotted and cross drilled rotors, Hawk pads, Koyo radiator, and intercooler.
