mod your 1600s to fit question.

first off here is the link i used for what i did.

http://home.mn.rr.com/linnihan/1600c..._injectors.htm

ok in the link it shows that the finished product has the oring over the rubber spacer thing. well that oring has lots of space to move around on there. how will it seal like that?

and the pintle caps on the bottom of the injectors were not there. so i used the ones from my 550s. the seems to fit ok... will this work? and if so what do i do about the spacer on the bottom? my finished product looks more like the stock 550 then the finished 1600 in that pic. i ended up putting the green oring on the bottom above the black rubber thing as a spacer. if i didnt it would be loose.

i think im going to go buy all new oring kits or something.

what did ii do wrong? where can i get pintle caps like the one in the pic? will the top o-ring seal even tho it moves up and down?
