Thank you! I found it encouraging at the time.

I love the way it drives; the response is immediate, and it feels like im playing with a much bigger engine. Also, I feel like the engine braking feels more severe. The car seems very responsive to slight throttle adjustments when turning, and if I come out of a turn in the proper gear, having instant boost is really nice!

Sadly, I have yet to drive a TII. If anyone around here has one that they'll let me drive, I would love to.

I'm using a test pipe that came on the car, and a Borla catback. Probably going to switch to a RB True Dual come next summer.

When I say the engine is stock, I mean it has stock ports - no porting has been done to it.

I bend the laws of space and time... or something...

True dual will be loud, but at this point, I NEED to do SOMEthing; there exhaust gasket right behind the header won't stop blowing out. Either my header or the test pipe doesn't line up perfectly somehow, or something. I need some better solution.

I'll guarantee the flange is bent on one side at least. I had that problem when I made an exhaust for my NA convertible. The exhaust manifold flange was still straight (obviously), but when you put a straight edge on the pipe flange, it was warped. I can only guess it happened while welding new pipe to it, as I cut all the catalytic converters out and made a 2.25" single cat pipe to my catback. A torch and hammer put it close enough back into shape to where I could put 2 exhaust gaskets with some muffler mud to seal things up (used like gasket dressing... works great, actually). I also had a problem with the flange bolts backing themselves off, so I got sort of creative and used 2 nuts on each side, one as a jam-nut. Two bolt flanges are really bad about leaking anyways.

Guess I'd lost track of updating this a bit; here's after the fenders were rolled, with coilovers and new wheels/tires installed.

Hope to see this all come together. I want one of these kits so bad. Only because it's a CARB legal mod in Cali. I just want an nice car to drive without the CARB hassle.

Not that it'll matter, but the wing provides some actual downforce. Unfortunately, it makes the care a bit understeer-prone. The added power may help with that, but ultimately I want to add a front splitter to balance things out.

What're the wheels on that car? I can't decide whether or not I like them, but damn they're unlike anything I've seen before!

Thanks! It's actually been all together and made 214 to the wheels. It's been through some minor changes recently, and just came back together again this evening.

I have to say, if you're not focused just on all-out power, or performance-per-dollar, this kit is a great way to go. I frankly love the power delivery I get from it, and prefer the feel to most turbocharged cars I've driven

Torque seems a bit low (like not much improved over stock) unless of course um missing something or the scaling on that graph is off...
