misfiring problems, hesitating

well to make this story short, a year ago i did some performance upgrades to my car, walbro 255fp, safc 2, turbosmart bov and rb turbo back. i took the car to the dyno and it ran smooth no problems. well a couple of weeks ago i installed other mods koyo rad, spalm e-fan, 800cc secondarys, tid mod, turbosmart bc, aeromotive fpr. when i start the car it starts fine but when i accelerate it starts to act like if hes hesitating and wont go past 5000rpms, my first tought was that it was rich so i work on the safc a little to lean it and on the fpr and try it again but the same results happend, the smell is incredibly crazy it burns your eyes lol. my next bet is that it has to be the spark plugs but if that isn't the problem i really don't know what it is. any help. also where do you mount the vacuum line of the fpr, in any vaccum line is ok?????

If you have emissions removed then you mount it on one of the nipples on the lower intake manifold near the oil injectors. The 'misfiring' and hesitation could be a vac leak or boost leak. I forgot to put an intercooler clamp on once and the second I got into boost the car would just buck and sputter. I would also check to see if your O2 sensor is working.
