mazdatrix differential mounts.......

Okay on mazdatrix.com they have the differential mounts, now the basic mount or I should say stock mounts are way more expensive then the competition mounts, my question is, why? Which ones are better?

get teh comp mounts. stock parts are more expensive because they have to buy from mazda. and they are obviously not as cool as comp mounts.

and buy them from MMR-direct.com they are cheaper and mazdatrix buys from them.

The Maxdatrix competition mounts are NOT MMR mounts. I've gotten engine and tranny "comp" mounts from Mazdatrix and they aren't the same as are pictured on the MMR site. They are from Mazdaspeed. There is a big difference. The MMR ones are a very hard plastic, whereas the competition ones are a stiff rubber, which is still plenty stiff, but will have less of a negative impact on NVH.

thank you for the correction, they look just like the mmr ones.

MMR are UHMW Polyethylene, so essentially yes a hard plastic.

I've worked with UHMW before. To give some reference for those who don't know what it's like, think of plastic cutting boards. It's like that.
