maybe the motor didnt blow

still no compression check on my car. i go out there and start it up once and a while. i ripped out the engine wiring harness and checked all lines to see if they were all in good shape, and they were. next i ripped apart the ecu and checked if it had any nasty black diodes or resistors burnt from me being a retard and grounding the wrong wire on the pressure sensor. The ecu was fine also.

I then tried the drivers side harness, and to my suprise, one of the bolts that hold the starter in was missing and fell of somewheres. Thats not the bad part, bad part is, the negative wire was connected to that bolt for ground. thats one of the main grounds. i think this is why my motor acted like it was dead. becuase its a main ground straight off the negative part of the battery. I have to get a new bolt for it, anyone have the exact size?

Any ways i havent tried to start it yet, i have no sensors hooked up and i have the whole engine bay looking like soup. Anyone think this is why my car acted like poo??? Becuase i wasnt revving it over 4k going down my block, and it seemd like it had a little bit of boost, but not enough to blow a seal right outa it. Guess we'll see the compression test friday and see if its a frieday, haha, j/k. wish me luck. gimme some ground counceling wayne. peace
