maxima 2 stroke oil for premixers?

i just talked to this guy this weekend and i told him i premixed. he told me to look into maxima 2 stroke oils because supposedly it works so well that you don't need to use as much and it would save me some money. he's worked on cars for over 30 years and knew quite a bit about rotaries but i'm still skeptical. anyone have any experience or info on maxima oils?

I don't know of maxima oils, but if you're going for a quality 2 stroke i doubt you can beat rotax oil for sea doos. (if you wanna shell out like 40 a gallon)

Coastal 2cycle TC-W3

That's what I use, cost 2.19 a QT at the Autozone. Dump in a QT with each tank
full. I have it sitting all around the Apt., work & a couple extra in the car. My car has
147,000 + miles; don't believe buying expensive oil will prolong the the life enough
to make a difference.

a quart a tank???? That is radically way too much... maybe you mean a pint per tank???
