Manually turning

I have a coolant seal failure and im sending my motor to get rebuilt, and im taking rotary resurrection's advice of oiling/lubing to prevent corrosion... do I manually turn over the motor by taking a breaker bar and turning the nut at end of eccentrict shaft clockwise?

Yeah, or the starter or the 19mm nut on the main pulley. All you are trying to do is evenly coat all rotor faces with oil so it wont corrode.
