Yes. this can happen. www.fc3s.org fixes em for like $50, I think. Pull it off and check for corrosion/broken connectors.

ok I'm at a loss here. I have one dangling wireing harness that comes from my drivers side down near the tranny, then theres a hole on the passanger side where a wiring harness used to be but was removed (I believe it's the engine wiring harness, so which is which? I'm about to go get my haynes!

I got mine made by JAMMNN. The quality was very nice and I got a nice increase in power with my cold air box.
