A GXL with stock suspension shouldn't be sitting that low. Look at your springs and see if they're aftermarket.

if its stock struts its probably tired out. i know when i replaced my struts my car looked like a damn rally car. with the stock springs. but that was with kyb agx's on stiffest setting before letting the car find its seat.

The wheels are stockers but obviously painted. The difference in spring height was about an 1.5 inches.

Worn struts won't make a car sit lower... the springs are what supports the car's weight...

true ur springs control ride height but your struts also have an upward force an do a little weight carrying as well. when the tire ur car will sag down.

just get coilovers... they are adjustable to whatever height you want.

Couple coilovers.

Buying coilovers in the long run will save you money. Instead of buying $200 lowering springs now, and upgrading to coilovers later. Coilovers are the best way to go. especialy if you can get them in good used condition...

I have the Tein HA coilovers installed on my RX7. They are about a 2" drop in hieght, and they are very good on the street. 8kg front 6kg rear. Adjustable sring rate and dampening.

Hope this helps you out.

Stop pushing coilovers on him. Maybe this is his dd and wants a comfortable ride with better performance in the turns.

I've heard TII springs with a nice set of bilstein struts is a good way to go.

I've got tanabe springs with tokico's. I like the combo well enough, especially so for $100/corner brand new.
