lower intake manifold flange??

i searched and i cant seem to find any place that sells a steel or even stainless lower intake mani flange for a s4 6-port i know mazdatrix sells a alum. one but that does me know good due to the fact that my intake mainfold i fabbed outta steel??

any ideas??

Make one out of gasket paper for a cost of???? Two bucks? And what's wrong with using the aluminium one?

Aw shucks, I read that wrong somehow. You want a FLANGE not a gasket. My bad, BUT, this gets your thread back to the TOP.

why not just take a gasket and have a metal shop with a good automated plasma cutter or something like that cut one of for you, or borrow a plasma cutter and cut your own?

Cuttin it by hand would b really hard. Lots of time grinding the cuts clean

Find a local friendly machine shop with a laser cutter/water jet and supply them with a drawing in CAD of the flange you want cut. $20-$30 later (or a case of beer) and you'll have your part.

Or spend a day cutting it out by hand with a jigsaw, hole saw and die grinder.
