low power..dosent idle when is gear??

low power..dosent idle when is gear??
I have a Mazda rx-7 there is very low power when I accelarate and when its in first gear is has problems idleing does anyone know what might be wrong and what i have too do thanks.
also it has very bad problems starting

add fluid ad pump alot.

its that simple. search next time.
