Loud annoying noise
It has been there for awhile now. You know if you leave your key in the ON position for too long it would kick in. Well mine doesn't go away once the car is started. I'm thinking it has to do with the "washer fluid" on the radio thing, but the washer fluid is full as can be. Any other idea where this might be coming from?

But the washer fluid light doesn't have a buzzer that goes off. I had no washer fluid for about 3 months and I never heard a buzzer.
My guess is that maybe one of the buzzer wires are disconnected, or damaged. If they're disconnected they go off.

Ok, i found the location of the noise. It is coming from my power steering control unit or at least I think thats what the part is. Part number DZ-A01 if anyone could verify this. Any idea why its making a noise?

The power steering computer beeps as covered in the FAQ for FC sticky thread found at the top of this section.
It does not have a constant buzzer. Futhermore you can confirm wheither it is the power steering computer by simply unplugging it. If the sounds was coming from it, when you unplugged it the sound would stop.
The only thing that has a constant buzzer is the gauge cluster, and a constant buzzer being on there, would indicate either low coolant, low oil, or over rev(redline).
And washer fluid does not have a buzzer... you are not driving some lame chrysler that thinks washer fluid is a life or death matter.
