Loosing Pressure/vacuum between turbo and tb

alright so im still trying to work out the bugs on this car, and bare with me this might be long. this is a fresh rebuild in a car that hasnt moved to my knowledge for 10 years. after i drove the car for a little bit, it has produced a strange hissing sound under the IC and behind the Alt. i first thought maybe something happend to the stock BOV because it was not opening when i let off the gas, so i changed it with a Blitz unit, but i still have the same problem. if i disconnect the wastegate from the turbo, it will continue to hiss shortly then go about operating normally. when i rehook the wastegate it will work for 15 seconds normaly, then go back to hissing and kill itself. when i let off the gas it hisses and dies. i do have vacuum at the nipple i am using for the BOV line, and it will operate shortly, but somewhere im loosing the pressure diffrence. i have the uim/tb off the car and can not find anything visually wrong. i have performed the tb mod, but the JB i used is holding up fine. i want to point at the gasket between the TB and the little charge pipe with the AIT in it, but it is not visually broken or split, any ideas? the entire turbo to tb is in stock configuration if that helps, any help would be appreciated.....

pressure test, and while you're testing spray slightly soapy water around the engine bay and look for bubbles.
