Sounds like your wheel bearings Rotary.....

If the front end is wobbleing, jack the front of the car up, and see if the wheels wobble while their mounted. If so, your bearings are shot, which isnt acctually bad considering how old some of our cars are.

Second, check all your struts, you can do what i said on Page 1 of this thread. Have the car sitting on a level surface, and bounce the car with your hands, it should go down, and come right back up and settle back to normal ride height. If it bounces a couple of times you need new suspension.
