a little help needed

i just swapped my n/a motor back in my fc and i cant seem to figure out where these two lines on the BAc go to. Im pretty sure the right is for the coolant bypass, but the left i have no idea. Also theres that one large opening on the lower intake manifold which i cannot seem to locate in my manual, any help would be greatly appreciated, im hoping to start her in a few hours. Thanks!

Lower one looks to be the air tube for the pipe that runs to your cat.
