a little help with ignition

it's like this i found another 7 for parts but at a closer inspection i saw some differences between my s4 and this one one of the most noticeable was the ignition while mine uses the leading coils and trailing coils the other one uses a distributor ..

I've been trying to find Mazda manual for the one with the distributor but with no luck and i need to know how to reconnect the wires does anyone knows about this ?

Basically the same as the 1st gen, as long as you are connecting the dizzy directly to the coils and bypassing the emissions system. Grab a copy of the 1st gen Haynes/FSM to see how the igniters are connected to the coils.

the problem is that i can't bypass emissions , i haven't had a good look at the engine yet but is it possible for me to swap my ignition from my car to the other engine that has the same type as the 1st gen ?

Euro model with distributor, unlike USA version with CAS. Probably a stk car, just Euro.
