List Rare/Dealership Only OEM Parts Please collect From Totaled Cars Before Scrapped!

This is my first thread and I hope I have done enough searching (2 hours) to research and to write it. This thread should list parts that cannot be found at O'riley and people on ebay are getting away with murder on our wallets. A dealership would most likely be worse.
As a Rx7 Enthusiast I strongly advise every generation gets one of these going to make sure when one of our cars is totaled and there is someone wanting to sell parts, there is a list of parts to take off before it goes to the recycle crusher.![Frown](https://www.rx7club.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Please stick to topic and just write parts that generally break and need to be replaced to pass California Emissions tests and are not for sale in auto parts stores.
When I took my car apart, I learned that my "Intake Air Thermosensor (Engine)" was the name for it. I will probably end up attempting a repair or going directly to the dealership and paying 300% of what I would normally pay for this part. What I can tell, the "Purge Control Valve" or Oil Purge Emissions Valve is difficult to find as well. I was at O'riley and asked if they had a Radiator Fan Shroud and they did but I did not have the Seventy dollars on me at the time to pay for it. I recently went back and they do not have it any longer.
Does anyone have a list or can start to list all of these "hard to find" "Dealership Only" parts that should be salvaged from totaled cars so everyone can start collecting the parts that auto part stores do not carry? A lot of cars out there have these "Dealership Only Parts" that no one carries. For example; My 1990 Celica Gt had an intake hose that if cut and taped would not pass California smog. No one has these and a dealership charges $119.00 for a replacement piece of rubber to connect the intake air box to the intake manifold. I just bought a random Honda one at "Pick N Pull" for $6 and prayed it would pass the visual and luckily, it did.
So far I have found these threads:
Chuck asks if anyone has a source and NZConvertable tells him to go to a dealership:
https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generati...sensor-465501/
Someone says the engines will become more difficult to find but I believe the biggest threat will be emissions tests. Hotsmog is becoming more and more difficult simply because of the lack of Rx7's that will actually pass emissions to substitute the non-passing car:

I appreciate people that are being able to produce OEM replacement parts:
https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generati...enses-1032397/
Apparently the 6PI system is getting more difficult to find as well:

This thread went in the right direction but got off of topic:

My build is trying to get my 1990 Rx7 N/A to pass smog without a "Hot Smog."
I have had trouble finding these parts
Please add to this list if you can the prices and places you have seen these "Dealership Only" parts.
1. Purge Control Valve or Oil Purge Valve which sells on ebay for $62.95 shipped and also fits these cars:
1979 To 1991 Mazda Rx7
1980 To 1982 Mazda GLC
1981 & 1982 Mazda 626
2. Radiator Fan Shroud or "86-91 Mazda Rx7 OEM radiator fan shroud cover panel non turbo" O'Riley did carry this at one point but does not anymore.
ebay $59.99 Shipped
3. "Intake Air Thermosensor (Engine)" this part goes on the intake manifold or "Exen Manifold" (I cannot find anyone or anywhere that has one).

The parts you list (IAT, 6 port stuff, fan shroud, purge valve) are common as dirt parts that anyone who works with RX-7s will have buckets of.
I wouldn't consider them rare nor hard to find, but certainly they can be dealer only. I'd expect the IAT to be at any auto parts store as well as the purge valve. Is any one really replacing fan shrouds? I mean, how often do they wear out? Same with 6 port stuff. It's often ripped off by stupid people thinking it will make the car faster so there is a load of it around. The actuators rarely fail, they often just gum up.
Lots of S4 interior trim is no longer available though. NOS is about the only source.

I admit the fan shroud isn't required for smog. I will post a WTB for it maybe for less than $59 shipped. The intake air thermosensor (engine) I will call O'riley when I get home to check.

People give away fan shrouds, I've thrown plenty away.
Here's a short list:
Door handles
Cluster surrounds full of switches
S5 radio surrounds
S5 shifter surround
OEM Leather e brake handles
OEM Leather shift *****
Any newer looking weather stripping
S4/S5 aero mirrors on occasion
Black interior stuff
Performance parts
Any OEM parts that look new
S5 tails
OEM spoilers
Aluminum hoods or TII hoods
Etc.
Truth is all of this stuff has gone down in value in the last few years because so many people are parting these cars out.
The going rates for S5 tails used to be close to $350 and the radio trim could be up to $80 for a nice one.

the air intake temp sensor is N326-18-845, Mazda's list price is $72, wholesale is under $60, so now you can comparison shop.
part isn't rare at all, Mazda used it on the FC, and the MPV/929
the "rare" dealership only parts are black A pillars, they are kind of $$

I guess we can ditch the idea of Dealership Specific smog parts but, I was hoping people would list all of the little valves, sensors, and solenoids that are difficult to find and dealership specific so that people could make Rx7's smog legal easier.
By the way parts stores are selling injectors for $200 a piece and think that a rx7 only has two.
