Light weight flywheel installation

How difficult is it to install a lightweight flywheel, and what kind of things should i look out for. Also, what are some techniques/tools i should use to remove the flywheel nut because ive heard its preaty tough...

Removal methods:
Vosko method:
i used an long angle iron to lock the flywheel then i used a 4 foot long pipe on the breaker bar and it got the flywheel nut off . if the flywheel is stuck after you get the nut off. whack it a few times with a block of firewood.... its ghetto but it works

You will need to rev a little higher to get the car in motion, and also under certain conditions, after letting off throttle abruptly, the engine could stall.
